Hotel staff all very kind and helpful, we booked a room with the private pool but would say the water was probably too cold to be in at the time of year we went in May. The location is excellent for walking into the old town the only downside is the proximity to bar street which can be rather rowdy but if you turn right when you come out the front of the hotel you never have to go along it."
