"This hotel was great. Family room was very spacious. Bed and towels were high level. Staff was above and beyond. A couple of spiders around the room I had to deal before sleeping due to the high allergy level my daughter has but normal for a room above a river immersed in nature. We unfortunately expected to try the restaurant on Sunday evening but it closes on Sundays. "This historic hotel is beautiful and a fun place to stay just outside of Montreux. You can easily access the city center and Chillon Castle from one of the main bus lines just down the road. The included breakfast was delicious, and the small bar/lounge area was a great place to enjoy a drink after a day exploring. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. We hope to return next time we visit Montreux! "
