The room floors are very hollow, you can hear people walking and kids playing above you. Also when the rooms were cleaned, the staff would forget to put in fresh towels.

We sincerely regret to learn about your experience with the noice inside your room.
As we aim to provide our guests with nothing less than a five star level service we are very sorry to hear that we did not achieve this at the time. I have discussed this with our manager team immediately.
As for your comment on the HouseKeeping service, I made sure to alert our Housekeeping manager of this unfortunate matter.
Thank you for bringing the above to our attention. I would like to offer my apologies for these unfortunate experiences, we are sorry that your stay with us has left a negative impression on you. We do understand that this apology cannot change the experience you have had in our hotel anymore.
As the satisfaction of our customers is our priority, we therefore hope that you will consider giving us a second chance to regain your trust, and prove to you that we are able to deliver our esteemed guests with the 5 star level experience that so many have come to love throughout the years.

I like to having breakfast in the big and high roof top restaurant. The regular room is not big but comfortable to stay.

The hotel and staff were truly amazing. Clean, elegant, prompt room cleaning and help when required.
The breakfast buffet is a must and worth every penny. The staff is friendly and accommodating.
The room was spotless.
The only downside is the poor sound insulation. You can hear your neighbour’s showers, toilet flushing, TV and steps. his can impact the quality of your sleep, but the beds were amazing. Extremely comfortable.

Excellent hotel! The location, rooms, public areas and amenities were all exceptional! The staff were beyond helpful, polite and personable!! especially the front desk staff who checked is in and out. Couldn't fault this hotel in any way and would 100% book again.
