Nice hotel. Claudia in the executive lounge was super helpful to us. The room was nice. The sauna was out of order though which was a sad thing since I booked this hotel the night before flying back to the US and wanted to relax and use it. Breakfast was good too. Well run hotel. We will be back.

This was my third stay. This time we were there for less than half a day following a delayed and cancelled flight. The hotel is beautiful, with impressive architecture and design, great facilities, amazing restaurant and exceptionally welcoming staff. Everything was spotless and the location is very convenient. Always a pleasure to return, and I would happily choose it for a weekend trip to Amsterdam.

The hotel is really nice, staff are friendly and helpful. As the accommodation is really expensive in the city centre, we decide to stay at the airport hotel. It takes 20mins to go to city centre by the train or bus from the terminal but It is extra 5 minutes from the airport terminal compared to another airport hotel. Breakfast is delicious with many choices. Overall, it is a very nice hotel as an alternative to the expensive hotels in the city centre.

The room was very clean including the bathroom and comfortable bed. The view was also nice seeing the planes come and leave from Schiphol. Room also has the option to make tea if desired and a small fridge shish was a plus as well. Staff was very welcoming and helpful at the reception. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

A pleasant hotel with nice staff and service, spacious and clean rooms, I loved the gold cladding on the glass walls. I will definitely return to this hotel again.
