The a/c didn't work unfortunately, but room had a great view. it never got below 20 Celsius although thermostat was set to 16 Celsius. But check in was easy and staff were very kind.

Great area to stay, super convenient to get around, tram trains are within one block. All the staffs are amazing, very helpful and friendly. I have to shout out especially to Pedra and Judit at the front desk. I encounter some issues during the stay and they resolved it professionally, easy to communicate, very patient. leaving me with great experience during my first visit in Amsterdam. I will share to everyone and will definitely come back to this hotel again. Thank you!

Good location, nice rooms. Small quaint hotel enjoyed our stay if I had any negatives my Only fault as a guest is you canā€™t buy any hot drinks after the restaurant closes I asked at 10.35 and they couldnā€™t accommodate that at all but you can still buy food to go till11pm so didnā€™t really make sense to me. And starting breakfast later on Sundays was a disappointment as we had to leave by 7.15am for our flight and with kids was difficult with no breakfast. Tourist tax here is the most Iā€™ve paid on my travels so far.

Great location near the metro and Albert hein, incredibly friendly staff, free juices in our room were some of the highlights of this stay. Amazing shower and bed. No microwave. Very grateful we could keep our luggage there for a few hours after checking out

This hotel is awesome, I cannot list a single fault! My partner was going to arrive before me, so I messaged the hotel to give her name and ask if she can check us in, Promptly I got told yes and when my flight arrived she had and no issues. The breakfast buffet is awesome, food was great and fresh, the workers busy clearing and cleaning tables so no wait to sit down. Room was clean and a complimentary mini bar fully stocked with soft drinks, juice and beer.

Amsterdam Marathon Stay
Used the Hotel as a base for Amsterdam Marathon. Really close to transport links, the expo and race start which made it the perfect place. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the hotel was comfortable, clean & modern. Tapas from the Bar menu was excellent and breakfast more than adequate. Late checkout post marathon (5pm) for ā‚¬25 was a bonus and allowed time for rest and recuperation before heading back to the airport for the flight home. Recommended if you are doing the marathon

Service was awful! Had to go to the gym bathrooms to get toilet paper for our room. They promise a fully stocked wet bar each night - did not. Did not empty our garbage. Had to go to the gym for towels as well. Called the front desk 3 times, each time they promised to get TP/towels; did not happen. Will not stay here again.

We have a long weekend here, the service was ok however I felt that it could have a bit more improved, we expected slippers and robes in the room, the mini bar was free however not many things in the mini fridge. The hotel located right next to the main train station which was good. It was disappointing that the roof top wasnā€™t available and the breakfast could be a lot better for vegetarians as there wasnā€™t much options.

The customer service was terrific. Room service was available 24/7. The selections were broad and the quality was great (I had ahi with fennel and a wasabi oil; machengo and shishito peppers w sea salt). There is a metro station right outside. The room is similar in size and layout to a college dormitory- very efficient. Immaculately clean. Quiet. I needed white noise bc Im not used to silence, haha! Well priced. 10e/hr to stay past noon time checkout. Uber was also easy to access. Theres a grocery with tons of prepped meals right next door and a beautiful gym.

We stayed at this property for 3 nights. We had a leaking/unusable shower, so we had to be moved to a different room. We got to our new room, sink clogged, no hand soap, not enough care/communications to actually listen clearly to customers. Once we were settled in our room, the next day after housekeeping we noticed our own beer cans had been taken out of the fridge - it was replaced - but just seemed like one headache after another. We asked for some sort of refund or discount and the front desk chucked and said ā€œIā€™ll see what we can doā€. Nothing was done. When we checked out there was hardly a word spoken by the front clerk. We were just generally disappointed. Itā€™s too bad all of the above happened because it has potential to be a really great hotel. Itā€™s modern, clean, nice food selection etc. the lack of communication between team members and leadership was apparent.
