"Overall an ok stay but would try and avoid the basement rooms. We were right below reception and could hear every chair moving. In addition there were a few ants in the room. That said, the staff were very helpful in resolving this and accommodating. Free coffee and water was a nice touch. Location was great as slightly away from the hustle and bustle but everything was walkable "

"Location was excellent for touring. Walking distance to most places of interest. In the city center but quieter and safer environment. Having an elevator a real plus! Check in staff very helpful and accommodating. Can rent umbrella in lobby by dispensing machine. I did not use the pre check in as Did not have English / Canada as choice but other English speaking countries listed. ie. English/ American"

"The only disappointment was the size of the room. The site said 200 square meters for the room, but the room seemed significantly smaller. There was maybe .25 meters between the bed, the toilet was in a closet and there was no door on the shower closet. Definitely do not recommend for two traveling friends."
