"Good staff and good restaurant breakfast. Could never get room warm enough despite thermostat and help from staff. Heater recommended was in a corner and too heavy to move. Not enough room in the place for both me and the heater! Tiny bathroom left hardly any place to put toiletries and faucet kept wetting the tiny counter. No place to hang wet towels. Coffee maker was good. No phone in the room to call front desk."

"Great location. Few minutes away from the Rijk and Van Gogh museum. Close to great restaurants and high end shops. Staff were incredible, very helpful. Restaurant attached to the hotel Momo was excellent!! We would definitely go back!"

"The hotel is almost in front of the Rijksmuseum and a tram stop. There’s a lot of places to eat very close and an Albert Heijn supermarket very close. The staff was really nice and the room very clean, even though it was not ready at the check-in time. On the other hand the room was too small with no space to put our bags (only the floor), and there wasn’t even a bedside table to put the phone. The stairs were very tiny and the elevator only worked the first day of our stay, so it was really difficult to take our bags down when we left. The strongest point for this hotel is the location."

"The look of the hotel itself was very nice. The aethestics and decor looked evelvated but the reception area was a bit weird to me. The reception are is just a large kitchen table area where two people sit there looking like two friends having a conversation. I was confused when I walked in. The amenities of free drinks and alcohol as well as free breakfast every morning was the best perk but outside of that I did not enjoy my experience at the hotel. I feel like I was catfished by the pictures on the website. I also think they management here is just plain messy. I had multiple issues with my reservation and I saw some other people who also had problems and I don't know if it was resolved. While the front desk people were nice, I feel like the communication to each other and me were terrible. I first called to ask to add an additional night to my stay. They don't allow phone reservations for some reason so I sent an email but never received a response but was told I'd be easily able to add a night when I arrived. They were suppose to have a note on file, but didn't. I ended up with the smallest room with an unpleasant bathroom that had mold on the walls for the craziest price. I also explained that I would like to be able to get my next room booked early because I'd be taking a day trip in the afternoon and wouldn't be able to check in until early the next morning. They said it was fine but the next morning, they marked me as a no show. And they mistook me for someone else"
