An Thoi Cable Car Station

We had a wonderful stay overall. The service was outstanding — staff went above and beyond at every turn. The room was great and the location couldn’t be beat, putting us close to everything we wanted to see and do. The one thing holding this back from a full 5 stars was the cleanliness of the room. It wasn’t up to the standard I’d expect given how well everything else was run. A bit more attention to housekeeping and this would easily be a perfect stay. Would still recommend to others and would consider staying again.

This is the prettiest hotel I have seen, beautifully decorated with comfortable bed and pillows & very quiet considering it was in front of the massive Gastropub. The staff were friendly and checked everything was ok during breakfast each morning. Breakfast was ok you could choose something from a list be cooked fresh and help yourself to the buffet. The only negative which is quite big for us is the pool, it does not have one but you can use the bar pool behind the hotel, you have to get a towel from reception then at the pool there is nowhere really to sit and relax and people come and look and watch especially being westerners. We were going to book a day pass at the Hilton nearby the next day for Vnd 750,000 which you can use as a credit for food/drinks/spa but it was raining that day, you can use the gym and the pool area which has privacy and relaxing sun beds.
