"No thermostat so when room overheated during the night had to get up multiple times to turn it off and then later on. Same case if the air conditioner was needed. No shampoo, conditioner, lotion, tissue. Had to go to lobby to get cups for coffee maker but wasn't told that at check in. Loud outside noise during the night. Refrigerator barely cooled."
