"This was one of the worst hotel stays I have ever had. From the moment we got there, we had problems after problems with our room keys. No matter what, they blamed it on us. They said that they weren't very good keys, that cards, phones and water make them stop working, that the side gates make them stop working, that the pool gates make them stop working, etc. Every interaction with the staff was negative. They were rude, talked to us like they did not care, and would make inappropriate comments like "I know, we just suck." The breakfast was more cold than warm. I notified a worker that they were out of cups for the juice. They provided me with a single disposable cup for me and my 2 children to share.. Our sheets were dirty, towels were not replaced, someone came into our room, despite our do not disturb sign being on one of the days--we were in the room. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. There is another hotel right next door."

"Staff was professional, accommodations were okay, pricing for parking was a bit much (in 2 day total: almost the cost of another nights stay which seems a bit steep). There was hardly any water pressure in the shower and the tub was very slippery almost unsafe to use, no fan or lock on the bathroom door which doesn’t provide much privacy for guests. Appreciative of the provided shampoo/conditioner since we left ours at home. Accessing room service was not possible via the QR code because it was difficult utilizing the linked page for online orders which was disappointing and a lost opportunity for dinning in. Our “pool view” room was more of a deck/patio view versus a pool view. Bell service was almost immediate. When texting guest services for requesting room needs, instead of brining the requested amount of items we (family of 4) were limited to only one additional blanket and two pillows because “that’s all they could fit”. There was pros and cons of our stay and the consideration of a future stay. Thank you."

"We have stayed here a couple of times before never with a bad experience. But this time, roaches on the nightstand! If it wasn’t midnight when I saw them, I would’ve changed rooms. I informed the staff the following morning that they might want to spray Room 116 because I saw bugs and she was very apologetic. Hotel and rooms are outdated but for the price, you can’t beat it. The location to Disneyland is a shorter walk than from any Disneyland parking. GardenWalk is next door with great restaurants and entertainment. I will give them another chance because for the price, the customer service, the restaurants next door and the closeness to Disneyland you can’t beat it. Hopefully this was just one bad experience out of many more to come."

"Hotel was very cute. Loved the pool and outdoor area. Room was spacious and clean. The sleeper sofa had a very thin uncomfortable mattress. Wouldn’t recommend sleeping on it. The scent they use in the lobby is very strong and a bit nauseating. Wouldn’t recommend the breakfast. No access to hot water, though they offer tea bags in your room and cup noodle in the market. Staff were friendly and room was serviced nicely every day."
