What a difference going over the highway makes! Stayed two night prior close to Disney at a similar level property (excellent). This place.. I arrive to check in, go inside and get told to go outside and "use the window". It's a slide things under 7-11 in a bad neighborhood style window, with a background of mess and cardboard boxes behind the glass. The person who told me to go promptly ignores us completely for about 10 minutes. He then walks up, no greeting, and says if you're checking in I need your license and credit card (in the tone youre probably imagining). Takes both away, out of the room for a good 5 minutes then comes back tells me to sign something that shows more than expedia sold it to me for and hands me a key, when I aks where the room is he simply said "over on the left".
Get to the room, it's about what I expected - a place to sleep, outdated, the bed is 5/10 (which isn't terrible), and a downright creepy painting of some weird combination of a fantasy castle, some Disney characters obviously not drawn by Disney, along with some lord of the rings style water scenes thrown in for good measure).
After paying LESS for a place closer to Disney the past two days and it being 20x better (but not available that third night), I can only say this - cross the road. It's night and day.
