First time at this property and was very impressed by the front desk staff's assistance. Very informative of dinning locations around the area. Very clean environment and the breakfast was very good. Very impressed. The Walgreens was available 24 hours~ Great, especially if you have children and a Starbucks was right on the property. Along with a Pizza Joint. We will surely be staying here again.

Lovely staff! Complementary breakfast buffet had a pretty good selection of items. Very kid friendly. Pool and hot-tub were great. My only complaint would be that the linens were very thin, and our kiddos were quite chilly. The pillows were very soft and squished into nothing. The bed was a little lumpy (compressed by frequent use), but comfy overall. I'd for sure recommend this hotel and would stay there again!

I would like to thank all the dining staff who worked Breakfast on April 13th, 2024. They surprised us during the breakfast that the hotel offered with a happy birthday tribute/song/serenade to my grandson and gave him a balloon and he valued that so much. We thank you so much. Hyatt house more than just that incident. You really did accommodate us immensely. We a party of 7 too

Very easy walk to Disney. Convenient location with lots of food options close by. Hotel hallways are very long. Rooms are outdated. Large bathroom with shower but no tub.

This is an older property but well kept and clean. The rooms are very spacious and were well stocked for someone planning on an extended stay, they had cups, pots, pans, dish washing soap etc. Disneyland is a 5-10 minute walk and there are so many restaurants around the hotel. There is a Walgreens on the lower level which is so convenient if you forget to bring a toothbrush, toothpaste etc. The only thing i didn’t like was how thin the walls were, and you can hear everything going on in the room next to yours. So if you are staying here, just take ear plugs! Other than that, it’s a great place to stay especially if you are going to Disneyland.

The room we received had a lot of maintenance issues. I’m not sure if the other rooms were like this but none of this issues were addressed by maintenance like promised. I don’t recommend this hotel

Our staying was great. What I didn’t find convenient is the fact that they still charge you for parking lot even if you don’t have a car. I Uber and was charge $30 for parking. Ludacris to me. Room was good had requested street view got back parking view, next door ppl were very loud after 11:30pm. Other than that good stay. Hopefully next time I don’t get charge for parking.

This was a really lovely stay. I just suggest doing a walk thru before letting your kids walk around. I did find some random tiny things that would have been a choking hazard. Other than that, guest service was on point, The pool was fun.
