The vibe is relaxed and it feels like there is a good amount of space so nowhere feels too crowded. We were there just as a couple but there were lots of families and children there but not to the point where it was disruptive if you’re just trying to have a relaxing time. "This was our 2nd visit. A couple with 2 kids. We had a ground floor room in the new building (4000). Family room with sliding door. The room was spacious. Lots of closet apace as well. Beds and pillows- comfortable. The bathroom was between 2 room, good location. The sliding door was noisy, closes with a bang. The bathroom was good, water pressure a bit low. We stayed for 3 nights, after the 1st night our room was cleaned but after the 2nd- no. Had to ask for fresh towels. Had some ants on the floor from the balcony. Probably better to ask for a non-ground floor room. Lots of noise from the Cicadas, at no fault of the hotel of course. Some negatives regarding the restaurants- last time, 2 years ago, at every restaurant there would be someone showing us to a table according to the number of people. Now- we had to find a table by our selves, sometimes needing to ‘outrun’ a bit someone else to get the vacant table. The food is quite repetitive, but the selection is wide. All of the restaurants, except of the asian, serve the same food. And in all of the restaurants, it is the same food every single day, and the same as it was 2 years ago. Also a negative regarding sun-beds occupying with towels. They dont stop this phenomenon, and if you come after 10, almost no beds available. Some are ‘taken’ by a towel or 2 and for the whole day- no one !comes to lie there. They should not allow this"
