"Excellent experience at this hotel. Very impressed. The Manager Mr Emeka went over and beyond the call of duty to ensure my comfort. I don’t usually stay at one hotel per night but on this occasion I extended my stay by 3days. Another gentleman Bruno at the Front Desk was also supportive and very helpful. The team surprised me for my birthday with a cake. I am beyond thrilled and will definitely be returning 🙏!!"

"Service desk was friendly. Made it to room and it was like living on the street. Sitting area chair had 3 legs. Bathroom was at front entrance and bedroom was past the sitting room. So to shower, you would walk through sitting room to bedroom. Bedroom had poor lighting and air conditioning cover falling off and not working. Seemed very seedy. As I was in the hallway, a man tried to hit on me while my husband was down the hall. The hallways were dark. Back up generator for lights was poor. We left hotel to find another place to stay. For the price it was ridiculous. Once Uber driver picked us up, he suggested a nice clean hotel and informed us that the Great Western Hotel was know for housing the Yahoo Boys and getting raided. That was scary to think of… Please be safe and beware when booking. It’s not worth $90 per night. Even staff said they wouldn’t pay that amount for the poor rooms and property. "
