"3 hafta önce parasını ödeyerek yapmış olduğumuz rezervasyonu varmama 30 dk kala yoldayken arayarak otelde yer olmadığını hotels. com’da sistemsel bir hatadan dolayı yer varmış gibi gözüktüğünü söyleyerek iptal etmek istediler. Hakkımızı arayıp rezervasyonu 3 hafta önceden yaptığımızı son dk iptal olmayacağında direttiğimiz için tekrar arayıp kendi odalarını bize ayarladıklarını söyleyerek geri vites yaptılar. Aynı akşam girip kontrol ettiğimde 2400 tl’ye odakarı bulunmaktaydı hotels. com’da....

"Otele yaklaşık 1 ay önce rezervasyon yaptım. Rezervasyon günü otele gittiğimde otelin kapalı olduğunu gördüm. Yetkiliyi aradığımda hotels.com ile 1 aydır çalışmadıkları söyledi. Bu durum bana soylenmedi. Böyle bir çalışma ahlakı olamaz. Hotels.com sitesinden memnun kalmadığımi belirtmek isterim."

"This place is like a long term stay, so it has a secure entry with a code. Nobody was there when we arrived but the manager texted us and was rhere within an hour. The apartment was wonderful, clean, nice bathrooms."

"The shopping center is about 5-10 minutes away by car. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, practically next-door to the hotel and the staff is very helpful and friendly at the reception desk, Sahra and Semih were very helpful and made our stay a pleasure. The cleaning crew also the whole staff was wonderful. I would highly recommend this hotel without any hesitation."
