"호텔 혹은 리조트 느낌 아니고, 고급 민박 느낌입니다. 대체로 깨끗한데… 호텔/리조트 처럼 깔끔하진 않아요. 다만, 바베큐 할 수 있는 테라스가 있어 좋아요. 특히 너무 시원해요.. 집이…"

"이 정도 가격에 이 정도 숙박이면 대체로 만족합니다. 다만 세면용품이 한 가지 밖에 없다는 것과 콘센트가 두 군데? 밖에 없어서 여러 사람 휴대폰 충전도 해야 하는데 좀 불편하다는 정도 빼고는 잘 쉬다 왔습니다. 오래되었지만 깨끗했고 부대 시설도 좋았어요."

"위치가 바다랑 꽤멀어서 바다갈려면 차없으면 20분?정도 꽤걸어야하고 경포호랑은 가까운편이긴한데 꽤 구석진곳에 있고 처음 도착했을때는 살짝 실망했습니다. 방은 사진이랑 비슷하구요 2박동안 지냈는데 작은 벌레들 종종 나왔어요 바베큐는 추가비용내고 신청하는건데 30분전에 펜션아저씨한테 말씀드리면 되는데 바베큐하는곳이 펜션 왼편에 있어서 방에서 고기랑 식기랑 쌈이랑 음식들 가져가는데 꽤오래걸렸어요 암튼 싼값에 갈려면 나쁘지 않은데 굳이 추천하고싶진 않습니다 아 그리고 이쪽(경포대 옆쪽)에 있는 펜션들이 거의 다 비슷한것같으니 그냥 바다바로 앞에있는 펜션이 제일 좋은것같아요."

"A brand new hotel with great potentials but for now service needs to be improved. They seem to be having problems of communications. (i) I asked missing chairs in the room for my husband’s work right after check in (yes, table was there), it didn’t arrive until we came back from dinner. He ended up seating uncomfortably on the bed with labtop and note pads to finish the work. (ii) pool booking for our big family was about multiple phone calls. (iii) breakfast was charged twice. I fixed it with breakfast desk (they were very nice) but regardless when checking out, it was still charged twice. Another downside is that the overly crowded pool has 4 time slots to use per day with mandatory break of every 50 minutes- a reason why I don’t stay at Grand Hyatt Seou anymore. Locals seem to be okay with this concept but if you are not local, be informed. Now the upside is that the breakfast was excellent and the chefs at each station were very nice and friendly. Though when it comes to service again, we had to ask a few times for the server to clean up the used dishes. And there is no water service so you need to get your own and kids’ water. "

"Very nicely decorated hotel. Only thing is they do not provide basic utensil (e.g., tea spoons) and charge rental for that. Although there is a kitchen, basically you can't use the kitchen as it has nothing (e.g., knife, scissor). There is also not a lot of food around, we ended up buying instant meal from the 24/7 convenient store. Tips: bring your own food/utensil if you plan to stay here."
