"The property itself is fabulous. However it is located in a quite shabby neighborhood. I had no trouble while I was there, but it didn’t seem particularly nice and safe. I loved the property itself."

"The apartment was nice and clean but the staff took a while to communicate with me, as well as they wouldn’t provide me with an extra blanket despite having two beds in the room until the last night there. The shower head was also not attached. "

"Fin lägenhet, acceptabel säng även om vi vill ha mjukare säng. Förstora kuddar. Hade varit bra med olika sorters kuddar. Väldigt smal balkong utan sittmöjligheter och en takterass med kameraövervakning. Nytt och fräscht, stor modern TV, bra mörkläggning och tyst på natten. Affärer och kafeer en bit ifrån. Ett godkänt boende med bra kök."

"The stay was excellent and staff was very friendly. We stayed an extra day as we really loved the location of this hotel. Staff was amazing getting a room arranged and let us move our stuff in right away! Sophia was very helpful with her explanation upon arrival and was great during check out. "Schönes Zimmer mit viel Platz und guter Einrichtung. Die Dusche war jedoch stark schimmelig, was überhaupt nicht zum Rest der Wohnung passte, da diese ja neu renoviert wurde. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem großen Haus im 4. Stock, das Treppenhaus ist noch eine Baustelle - stört aber grundsätzlich nicht. Die Lage ist top! "

"It’s a really nice apartment. Close to a supermarket and a few blocks away from take away food and bars. A few minutes walk from the new metro station. It’s outside the touristic center of Thessaloniki but only 15-20 minutes walk from the White Tower. The nicest accommodation I have stayed at in Europe. "

"Thessaloniki's Modernist is a delightful Parisian-style early 1920's building in a superb location (cross-street "Aristotle Square", 5-10 min walk to waterfront promenade). Breakfast on the penthouse level (7th floor) with lovely staff made our stay quite special. Room was small, but king size bed, everything (incl. a/c) worked perfectly, and we had a small balcony to the street where we could watch the summer evening action on "Aristotle". On noise: absolute quiet with windows closed. Two metro stations (new with archaeological displays) are close by. The hotel's design concept is quite stunning. Staff are warm and very helpful. Map is provided. A unique and awesome place all-round."
