"I have family in Anchorage and stay frequently at this hotel. Enjoy the pool, fitness, breakfast and drinks. However housekeeping never came to the room and I stayed 5 nights. Covid was over years ago - stop using it as an excuse. Housekeeping should come daily for the price of this hotel."

"This hotel is a scam. It may be under new ownership but they hired to have a really nice website made and spent time removing reviews. If you look up this hotel by address you will find that it is used by the city of Anchorage as a homeless shelter. It still looks like a homeless shelter, we booked this in advance and showed up at 11pm and thought our GPS was wrong so we drove around the block 3 times looking for the place. It's an absolute dump with no signage and people shooting up on the side...
