"I have not stayed here before but it was a great experience. I booked last minute because my flight was delayed; there is a 24 hour shuttle available which was great and I checked in quickly. Newer renovation and nice room with marble bathroom counters and nice shower. Soft bed with nice linens. Would recommend!!!"

"Awesome hotel. Stayed on the black diamond floor with access to the Lounge. Lounge was amazing for breakfast and appetizers and evening. Also great place to relax throughout the day even without food service. Room is very spacious, would’ve been nice to have a fireplace. Can you forgive me wonderful views, and dining options throughout the hotel. We were there for a conference for 4 days, so only left the hotel one night for a dog sledding tour. Would love to return here in the summertime."

"Rooms dirty, sheets had hair on them, towels had long hairs on them. Checked in at 2am after a flight into Anchorage. Domestic dispute in the parking lot around 4 am with lots of yelling and F bombs woke me up. First room had a deadbolt that wouldn’t work and the lock you flip over for extra security was cracked and not functional. I would not stay here and would not recommend this hotel to anyone else. I was also bitten in multiple areas while I was sleeping. "
