"We booked during the weekday and the issue was the restaurant on the property isn’t open Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. So you will need a car to find food. However, we are from NYC and don’t drive. We ordered from a local Greek Pizzeria through DoorDash. It took two hours for delivery. It’s quiet during the weekdays but just book on weekends so you can eat. Otherwise the property is well kept. We loved the pool and the sauna."

"The room was spacious and very clean, as was the bathroom. The room also had a large comfortable sofa. We were unaware that the room was in the basement level, so natural light was limited to large window wells. I would book upper level rooms next time. The staff was excellent; helpful and friendly. We had breakfast in the cafe which had a fairly small menu, but the food was fresh and very good."

"We had a very nice stay! Clean, cute room with a common fridge / coffee maker on each floor. A message from the hotel came through the app before check-in and the door codes worked just fine when we arrived. Would stay here again."

"Stayed over one night with my husband on a Hudson Valley road trip and The Amelia was true to its 5 star reviews. Misty our hostess greeted us enthusiastically upon arrival with a great tour and useful info about the amenities and the surrounding area. All the common areas are beautifully appointed and truly comfortable. Also loved the fire pit with the Adirondack chairs and the lounges by the pool . Very peaceful and totally chill. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. Will gladly return on another future trip to the area. Expedia has underrated this hotel as a 2 star ...its a 5 star level inn : beautiful , charming, clean , updated, huge bathroom with toiletries , 2 comfy bathrobes , high speed internet free snacks 24/7 , ice machine, in the kitchen plus a coffee bar plus mini fridge in the room . We loved it!"

"The place was clean and reasonably priced and perfectly located for a jaunt around Hudson. However one of the lamps in my room wasn’t functional and there was no hair dryer. Small things but noticeable. The details are small but noticeable. But I would stay there again of traveling to Hudson"

"The Harlow House is a unique, modern hotel. The room was clean, beautiful, and thoughtfully designed. We really enjoyed the king bed and spacious bathroom. Air conditioning worked great and kept us comfortable. Check in was easy. The owner was attentive and quick to respond. The hotel is stunning, situated in the middle of the woods on a quiet, and well kept plot of land. We awoke to a serene setting featuring a family of deer grazing in the nearby woods. It’s only a few minutes drive to Rhinebeck and a few minutes off the Taconic Pkwy. I hope to visit here again one day."
