"Great find in Andasibe. Lovely and modern facilities with AC in the rooms. Great views and comfortable beds. Restaurant has limited options and is expensive, but other than that great find. Staff is excellent. "

"I had the unfortunate situation when my Land Cruiser broke down in the challenging roads in Madagascar. I called Expedia but they were not much help. Expedia told the only way they could cancel was for them to contact the hotel. Knowing the challenges with calls in Madagascar, I told Expedia I would call myself as I am here in the country. Sandra answered right away and after I explained my situation told me she would consult with Oliver, the property manager the next day as it was almost 10 pm. All this was done 3 days before I was to arrived to the hotel with family and friends. The next morning I spoke with Sandra and she told me that Oliver approved my cancellation and she sent me a text to confirm our conversation. I submitted the screenshot of the text to Expedia. Expedia has tried to contact the hotel a few times with no success. I’m hopeful Sandra will read this review and contact Expedia to confirm they approved my cancellation. T h a n k s !!"
