Não tivemos acesso ao rooftop das fotos e essa sala apresentada nas imagens também não existe. "We stayed at this property for a weekend, but honestly I wish we would have stayed more. The host was extremely helpful the ENTIRE trip. Anytime we needed something, he made sure we got it. He even helped us plan out tours and was beyond hospitable! I'll definitely be staying here again when I return! "

"No one at the hotel to greet you! Before you get there you have to fill out a form that they never sent, to give you a code that never got. After calling and writing several times finally got response that they don’t have any reservations. After sending them copy of the reservation they said that it could be false. Anyway an hour later they show up and open the door. The place is dirty, the fan hardly moves and the place smells. Obviously I left to another hotel."

"I stayed for 2 nights at El Pescador Guatape. The appartment was well maintained and located just out of the center of Guatape. The contact with Juan (host) was very easy and he had good suggestion for activities and dinner places. Overall great experience. "

"I can't talked about the hotel, i only can tell you, i was lost to get to the hotel, and when I called to the hotel to get the exact location, they told me they don't any vacants until 2024. Thanks God that i could contact Karla from Customer Service by email(because i don't have phone service in Colombia) and she do the process with me to put me in another hotel. She was extremely helpful."
