"Staff and hotel were nice for a short stay. Has an incident when a man that was either drunk, on drugs, or both was beating on our for early in the morning and also held up the elevator so we had to take the stairs. The staffer reassured us that the police were handling the issue."

"Nice place to stay in Medellin. Very convenient location, great service from the staff. Great food and excellent service too. The only issue is that they have limited key cards for the room so if you loose yours they would charge you usd 3. This is ridiculous because the rate is over 100. Charging you this additional usd 3 just disappoint you and it's not worth it considering that everything in the hotel is good. Please remove this ridiculous charge and you guys would get tons of 5 stars ratings."

"The staff was exemplary, and the location was convenient. The room was comfortable and situated near the shopping mall and various dining options. The breakfast offerings were satisfactory; however, their quality could be enhanced by including daily protein options and providing healthier choices more consistently. Additionally, providing a 'Do Not Disturb' sign would help prevent disturbances during late-morning rest. Overall, I enjoyed my stsy."
