"We had a great stay at Best Western Plus in Anderson. The staff is super friendly and the property is well maintained and very clean. The pool and hot tub area is very nice and the hot tub was a perfect temperature. I wish the beds were a little softer but it seems like all hotels have firm beds. I wish hotels would offer different rooms with options for firm or soft beds. Just adding a memory foam topper would be really nice. The breakfast was good and typical of free breakfasts at hotels. There was a waffle maker which the kids always love, muffins, pastries, bagels, cereal, yogurt, fruit and the hot options included biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, ham and bacon. The hot food is served by an attendant, who was very nice, but we prefer to serve ourselves. There was a nice coffee machine and four different juice options as well as a nice variety of tea bags.There are many restaurant options close by, the Cracker Barrel was right next door so you could easily walk there. We will definitely be staying again in the future. "

"I loved how the venue looked. It was very welcoming. Staff was pleasant. Room was nice, although the bathroom was a bit small. Ultimately my only complaint was the breakfast. The waffle maker's timer didn't work when I used it. I tried to alert staff, but they didn't know what was wrong with it. The eggs were horrible. I couldn't finish them. They were soft, very mushy with no texture."
