"This property looked as if it lacked maintenance. Ceiling tiles had water stains and the sheets on our bed had wet marks. Fridge only had 3 feet and would rock when opening door. Room was worn and felt dirty. Positives - staff was friendly and check in/out was hassle free. Water pressure was the highest I've seen, but these don't put weigh how dirty I felt staying in this room. I've been to Microtel before and was pleased but this Days Inn location I will not return. "

"We were very disappointed that the indoor heated pool wasn’t very warm at all. I went to the front desk to let them know that there’s possibly a problem with the heated pool other guest mentioned them trying to fix it, but our stay was based on having an indoor heated pool. Our room was wonderful. Beds were wonderful. Very clean room. wonderful breakfast. It’s hard to please a five and eight-year-old but they were very happy. Staff was amazing. Coffee was delicious."

"Staff was great. My 3 star rating is only because there were no sign ups left when arriving for the 3PM check-in. Without this, for the sauna or infrared room; it leaves you to be "stealing time" where you can..(also feels a bit absurd for the rate you pay.) I had to scramble out of one solo sauna after first finding it empty, because a couple had booked it, and they told me they were also booked for the infrared (double dipping also leaves others without.) Feels unfair for another guest to contend with this. I used the "unscheduled" sauna by the pool, as suggested, which was pretty much always either in use, or had to be shared, ( in concept this is fine for me--but again, would have been nice if I had an opportunity to book my own time, to actually get that.) Food was fantastic. Kitchen has it going on. Although there was no coffee left after my sauna at 9:30AM, I asked & they very nicely got me a cup:) Pool is essential. There's also a hole in the floor of the cabin where the ac duct has to go out, but has an ill fit; I would suggest to property to consider customizing a small plug/screen/something around the duct there (so critters can't just climb in) and it would be a nice detail touch.. I will solve most of this next time by getting a bigger room & arriving earlier. I just worry that's part of the push (buy bigger, spend more.) Loved the meditation hut & apart from these details, had a very lovely time overall, thank you! "
