"The hotel’s location is right in the heart of El Poblado, which is where most of the popular and lively areas are. The location was definitely a strong point. However, the hotel itself was just okay. For the price, I think there are better options in the area. Check-in took around 30–40 minutes, mainly because guests are expected to complete the check-in process online themselves. While we were waiting in line, no one informed us in advance that we could complete it while waiting, which would have saved time and made the process much smoother. Breakfast was decent, but there were not many options for non-pork eaters. To their credit, they did make me a cheese omelette upon request, which I appreciated. I just wish there had been additional options like beef or turkey items. The rooms are on the smaller side and felt very humid during the stay. Also, the terrace—which I heard is supposed to be a nice feature—was closed during our visit."

"Muy buena localización si a lo que vas es para fiestar, ya que toda la calle esta llena de negocios. Deben mejorar la seguridad al frente, hay muchas perdonas pidiendo o vendiendo y se te acercan (de noche). Muy limpio, incluye desayunos, pero debes pedir bastante cantidad (si estas acostumbrado a comer bastante) desde la primera vez, pues no te permiten repetir. Por lo demás todo bien."
