They needs to reinforce how to have customer service in all year i’ve being visiting Medellin is the first time treatment is terrible The room are incredible uncomfortable of small The door was a problem almost all week I asked for extra pillow even if i had to pay they said no even the night before when i asked the lady told there were no person working at night shift i had to wait next morning went to asked"

"Hallways are oddly dark, night and day. Needs more lighting or at least use of electricity. Free airport shuttle is great. Rooms are clean and overhead shower has controls that you can initiate without getting wet. For 20 years, and hundreds of hotels (and homes) on 4 continents, I’ve wondered why modern shower designs are all form, little function. Finally, a shower design that is user friendly was installed in this Wyndm!"

"This property is the closest to BOG Airport. And they provide a shuttle to the terminals every 30 mins. The staff are super helpful, no matter the time of arrival/departure. I had a particularly short turnaround time on this itinerary. Literally just needed a place to shower and sleep before going right back to the terminal. The rooms are huge and spacious. The bed was clean and firm. The lobby and restaurant areas are very modern."
