"Stayed there for 3 nights and was great, staff is very friendly, location is perfect and rooms are clean and spacious, the only downside is having a room with street view because it can get noisy, interior rooms are much better. Overall the hotel is great, I will stay there again next time I go to Quito."
"Every time my family visits Loja this is our hotel of choice. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. Warm pool and jacuzzi. State do the art gym and amazing buffer breakfast.

"Super convenient with extremely helpful staff. And the food was delicious! The shuttle to/from the airport runs 24 hours either every 15 or every 30 minutes depending on the time of day. If you call the hotel with your flight information, there will be someone at the airport to greet you. Highly recommend. "
