Staff were excellent! Location is a comfortable walk to the main shopping strip. Grocery store and cafe’s were close to! Room was large and clean. We stayed in Andorra for 4 days and had lots to do. Over all a great stay.

Staff was very helpful and polite. Parking was not available on arrival at the hotel, and there is no Porte Cochere to drop bags. However, just park at one of the many nearby parking garages. Rate is same at all..24 euro for 24 hours. I recommend ‘Historic Centre’ as is like 30m walk to hotel. Rooms are nice and big, very clean and everything is available. 15 min walk to the shopping district.

Great property. One of our two rooms had good AC and the other did not. We were only there for two nights so it was OK. We opened the window at night to help cool the room. Everything else is great about the state, but it would’ve been nice if the second room would’ve had a that actually cooled the room

Our favorite stay of our trip. The front desk clerk, Tomas, was a pleasure to chat with and so helpful. Thank you! The hotel manager went out of his way every day to make sure everything was great. The room was nice and all the staff was super attentive. Great location and garage parking available. We hope to return soon!

The hotel cannot be a 5 stars, maximum a 3 stars. The lobby and rooms decor are very poor and not luxurious. The A/C in my room was not working and they were unable to fix it! Was extremely hot and uncomfortable! The shower was not holding up and continuously flooded the floor. It took them few attempts to fix it. I wasn’t able to have dinner at the restaurant because I was told I needed reservation at least one day in advance! After all the inconveniences with A/C and shower they should at least find a table at the restaurant! Very poor customer service! Very stressful experience and not a comfortable place! I would like a refund or partial refund/credit. Thank you

The front desk was great. We checked in last minute and asked for toiletries. They brought them up. The room was so spacious. The bathroom was huge with amenities. Shower, tub, robe snd slippers. Snacks to purchase. Complimentary water. The bed was super comfortable. Lovely pillows. Very relaxing stay. We awoke to snow. Which wonderful to see. We went to breakfast. Which was adequate and enough to eat. Great selection. The general manager was very nice and came around to the tables. Even refilled our coffee if necessary. Parking extra and in the underground. We would come again. Checking in and out is easy. A beautiful place to stay. I highly recommend it. Staff is very nice and cordial

Nice hotel centrally located

The room was okay but it's beginning to show some age. It's allegedly a five star but my opinion is that is more like 4 stars. The front desk persons were amazing and helpful. It is centrally located and within walking distance of anything in the center of town. We had no issues with the wi-fi and the parking garage was pretty convenient. I would stay again.

Rooms very tired and dirty

Hotel from receiotiijnkooks very nice, room was very old and could have done with a good clean, as was very dirty. Reception very slow, huge queue and only 1 person for check out. Don’t get excited by the Tesla destination, only the home slow charger and two of them, but as soon as you have a car in them they are there all night, was a nightmare trying to find someplace to charge. Stayed In a few hotels in Andorra, and this would be the last one I would stay in now.
