Well we booked this hotel and when we arrived the had no booking for us this was down to Expedia and not the hotel. The man on reception was very helpful and allowed us to use the phone to call Expedia and gave us water while we waited nearly an hour on the phone. As we didn’t get to stay at this hotel I can’t rate anything other than the staff and the lobby area. First impressions was that the hotel was clean

We didn’t even stay here, we made a mistake and booked this hotel and quickly cancelled straight away. And they took our money and didn’t even blink an eye lid, down right robbery. Not happy at all!,,,

Expedia tried hard to wotk woth hotel to cancel but there was little movement either locally or more nationally. Expedia Customer Service impressed

Average hotel but great location and helpful staff
The gentleman on reception was fabulous and couldn't do enough to help out. The night manager was quite the opposite and just walked around scowling at everyone. Very run down hotel and uncomfortable bed, mattresses all need replacing, it's like sleeping directly on springs, but once you out a duvet over the mattress and sleep on that, it was more comfortable. Excellent location and very convenient to have parking onsite.
