"We have stayed at this property many times and have had an excellent experience. This last stay had one issue. We booked a handicapped room with a roll in shower due to the fact my husband walks with a rollator. After taking my shower which was a very short one, I walked out of the shower and almost the entire bathroom was flooded with water. Water started to flow into the hallway and then into the bedroom. I immediately called down to the desk to ask for maintenance, however, I was told they don't come in for another 2 hours. The young girl at the desk was all alone was very nice and so concerned. She gave me a hand full of towels to hopefully soak up the water. Unfortunately, my husband was unable to take a shower. Since we were leaving, I found out the water issue carried to the floor below. I can understand that pipes get clogged and can break. I feel we should still receive some type of compensation on our stay for the inconvenience. The young girl at the desk was so apologetic and was going to leave a note for the manager to see what they could do. We will continue to still stay at this Hampton Inn since we like the handicapped rooms, it's clean and the location to Alfred Tech & Wegmans is perfect for us."

"The property can use some upgrades. There were contractors working in the building, so it looks like they are improving things. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the continental breakfast was good. The night I stayed it was very quiet. The hotel is off from the main roads, so it was quiet. The price was very reasonable. Overall, a good place to stay while you're passing through the area."
