If you plan to stop by in Andenes to go on a whales safari, this is a good place to stay.

Basic but clean and warm with a modern interior. Stayed in a single cabin with private bathroom and TV. No view from the window and the bed is tiny but comfortable. Kettle and mug and spoon provided but bring your own tea etc. Staff very friendly and the breakfast at the Andrikken (a 10-minute walk) was very good (eggs, pastries, cheese, dried meat, etc.).

Great little place to stay in Andenes
It is more of an apartment than a hotel room and they are just in the process of renovating the rooms by the looks of work we saw taking place and that everything is new in the rooms. A few little things like no hairdryer or kettle in room were quickly taken care of with a smile. The room had a kitchenette which is very handy. Overall great location, lovely simple room and super friendly and helpful staff. There is a great little fish and chip shop opposite. I would stay there again and would recommend it.

Great location, in a clean, two-strs apartment. Little kitchen with fridge!

A great and unique place to stay in Andenes
The hotel is very close to the Andenes ferry dock and an adorable town with many attractions- hiking, a lighthouse, museums, whale watching and puffin tours, shopping and food! The hotel is on the waterfront in one of 3 buildings. Interestingly, the hotel reception is at a hotel south of the waterfront by about 6 blocks- not hard to find! The room had everything needed for self-catering! There is also a restaurant in the building. We enjoyed our breakfast in the morning there! The room was very clean and comfortable!

The room was very nice and comfortable but upon arrival or room had a broken bathroom door and a strong smell of sewer. As soon as we mentioned this at reception we were offered to change room. The hotel service is excelent, all members of staff are very nice and super helpful.

Due to overbooking we got nice and newly renovated cabin. Beautiful sunset view. Close to the Andenes lighthouse. Only little flaw was dirty fridge.

Ok kolmen yön stoppi
Kivasti meren päällä, pysäköintipaikkoja aivan majoituksen edessä. Alakerrassa kahvila/ravintola/ baari ja Andenesin majakka ihan lähellä. Pieni kätevä keittiö, jääkaappi ja tiskikone. Myös kauppa lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä. Hyvät sängyt.

Ha ingen forventninger. Bodde på enmanns rom. Dette er et bitte lite rom med en stol, seng og dusj. Nytt og fint, men ha ingen forventning om mer enn akkurat det du trenger.

Moderne Appartments mit einer kleinen Küche und Kühlschrank. Direkt am Hafen, ein paar Meter zu den Abfahrtplätzen zu den Walsafaris (bei den 2,5 Stunden-Fahrten sieht man Wale, aber unter Umständen nur 1 oder zwei, bei den längeren Fahrten ist dies wahrscheinlicher und besser) und Vogelsafaris (sehr empfehlenswert von April bis Mitte August mit Tausenden von Papageitauchern und mehreren Seeadlern und ein paar Seehunden). Direkte Überfahrt zu Senja über die Fähre. Wir sahen Elche am Ende des Ortes.

Slechte WiFi verbinding en ochtends alleen koud water beschikbaar! De object was schoon en zag er netjes uit. Het restaurant in het pand was niet echt gastvriendelijke gastheer aan het werk. meer een brombeer en alles was net iets teveel!

Clean, spacious, awesome location and views.
We spend 4 days in the family room. The view is to harbour and not open sea, but you can watch the seals going up and down just below the balcony. Family room was very spacious and has two separate bedrooms. Kitchen and toilet recently refurbished. Restaurant downstairs. Very small walking to whale safaris, polar museum, shops. Staff at hotel Thon where the reception is were really nice. Andenes itself also is wonderful. Much better and cheaper than several other similar venues in Lofoten which we had on same trip. Highly recommend, especially with kids.
