"Check in was ok, there was a language barrier. We were told the pool was open till 6:30 and it wasn’t. As we got in we were kicked out. There is a charge for the indoor pool, which we were told was 10 but see signs saying 5. The hotel is having building works. People were working as we went to our ..."
