"Location is perfect, 2 mins walk to the Hassan II Mosque. Rooms were huge with a large set of sofas. Very nice firm beds. Slept really well. Our rooms each had a large private balcony, felt like a small backyard. Breakfast was good. Lots of varieties. Although it’s the same set of choices every day. Had omelets, cooked on the spot. Very friendly staff. Receptionist Yassine was particularly helpful. When we had trouble contacting our day tour guide (prebooked elsewhere), Yassine called them several times on his own phone, and talked to the tour company to resolve it for us. super nice guy. Really appreciate it. Highly recommend the hotel."

"At check in we did not like the room but accepted it since it was just a short stay. I came down looking for a cash machine so we could have cash for tips. I was approached by one of the staff she introduced herself as Maroua if I got the name right she asked about my stay I mentioned our disappointment about the room. She apologized and quickly turned things around giving us a better room and explained it was due to the category room we booked. Very polite lady and understands guest satisfaction. I will come back again. "
