Excellent property, spotlessly clean and well maintained and designed. Kapi was away but his father Yiannis was extremely helpful, including meetings us in Sitia at 01:15 in the morning to lead us to the accommodation. Very disappointing stay. This photos show a pleasant hotel with sea views. What we had was a view of the sea with a very ugly old half built building obscuring the view.
