"Stayed one night at this hotel prior to my flight. It was clean, comfortable, convenient and very accessible to the train station(a bonus). Food and drinks are served at the hotel (also a plus). However, while the check in/reception staff were nice, I had an unfortunate experience of being deliberately ignored or refused service by the lady at the bar which was a most unfortunate experience and one that left quite a sour taste to an enjoyable trip to Italy. Luckily the front desk lady stepped in and helped, and for that I am thankful. I am old enough to know that peopleโs feelings or opinions of you are entirely their own and a reflection of their own upbringing, especially if you have never interacted before."

"The hotel was pretty nice, set in gardens with a view of the lake. The room was a good size but could do with an update. Everything was clean, staff were lovely. We arrived pretty tired after a long drive and asked to use the spa and were told to go and seek out the spa and book it ourselves. I must admit, I didn't bother. Why they didn't get the spa to call our room or allow us to book at reception I guess we'll never know."

"Had a lovely stay here after a long drive. Great location if itโs just a lay over, or for a night before or after flying from Malpensa. I had an annex room which was huge! Huge bathroom too. Private parking space right at the patio door. Nice selection for breakfast. Will definitely use again if in the area."

"A practical place to stay overnight before an early-morning flight. The shuttle service is fast and clean. Simple bar/benerages/coffe/drinks and limited food options. Less than 10 minutes from MXP airport (navigating on your own is challenging: my Google Maps gave me the wrong directions and sent me off-route disproportionately!)."
