Travelocity messed up our reservation so the owners were not expecting us, but they handled the situation flawlessly, lodging us in the room we had reserved and treating us delightfully. "I went to look for signs of Luca Pacioli and chose this hotel which is very close to where he ws born and lived as a child potentially next door. We had a top room which was lovely. Not much of a city view but v quiet and large and well laid out. Very comfy bed and was a great experience."
