"This hotel should be avoided at all costs. The management and staff were brutal. Everything is broken and run down. It’s impossible to get help with anything, no one seems to know what they are doing.
You couldn’t pay me to go back. "

"I was very happy with this hotel after so many disappointments with hotel rooms in Phnom Penh in the past. Great value for money as I have paid twice as much for less in PP, during my previous stays. Great rooms with fantastic views of the city, bed was so comfortable, I didn't want to get up :) Staff were very helpful. I would definitely stay here again. Not very central but everything is just a tuk-tuk hop away. "

"The only thing I did not like about the Sokha hotel was that my wife’s younger sister came to swim with us and we were charged $20 to have a 12 year-old swim with us at the hotel. No one else was in the pool but us."

"A great accommodation in Phnom Phen! It offers really large apartments, a small pool and gym on the rooftop and a great restaurant at the ground floor. Clean and comfortable, well functional AC. Could have wished for a more fully equipped kitchen as it has limited plates, cutlery and glasses, a couple of more towels for the pool, and some shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the shower. But all in all a perfect stay for a family of four. Easy to get around with tuk-tuks. A plus for having some toys...

"Honestly one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. From the room quality, the staff behaviour and location to the standard of the restaurants at the hotel, all was perfect"
"Our room was very lovely and clean with a great view of the city.
Breakfast was good with changes every day.
The check-in/greeting staff were super friendly All of them were great and were especially helpful with suggestions on things to do.
And the staff at The Savory Restaurant were very polite, efficient and obliging. We looked forward daily to service from the restaurant manager and all the waiters.
Our week spent at the hotel was very enjoyable made extra memorable by the staff.
Highly recommend staying here and hope to return one day.

"This has been one of the very best hotel experiences of my life. The hotel is beautiful and filled with so much history that I felt transported to a different time. The staff is absolutely exceptional. And I loved Elephant Bar. There is not a single thing I can think of to improve."
