"Do not book at this establishment, it does not exist. This hotel was bought and no longer exists. However, the former owner can still collect the money, I must now make a claim to hope to see my money back."
"This is my third time in Siem Reap and this hotel is the best! It is very close to Angkor Wat and the owner and his daughter are super friendly and make sure you have a pleasant stay! The room is huge and the bathroom is even bigger! Finally, after a long day of walking around the temples, the pool is a great way to relax!! I stayed here for 3 nights and I will stay again in the future!! Thank you!!"
"An excellent place to stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, the apartment is well appointed, and the gym is one of the best I've used on the road."
"I wish I could give ten stars to Maison Leab! An absolute fantastic place to stay. I can't give enough praise to the staff who bent over backwards to help us find activities, food, transportation, anything we asked. We will plan our next trip based on availability of Maison Leab!"
"I really enjoyed my stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The owner is a very simple and kind man. The hotel is situated very close to the center, fifteen minutes walk to the center. It is very quiet at night and safe. i stayed there for five nights. I have very good memories."
"We arrived and were asked to wait so that the guy on the desk could spray the room with air freshener. On entering the room the place looked shabby and on close inspection of the pillows we quickly decided not to use them as some were stained yellow. The a/c turned on but did nothing to cool down the room and the fan on the wall only oscillated about twice before sticking. There was a bracket on the wall where the tv once was and the electric wires sticking out of the wall where the shower once...
"The apartment was big, comfortable and clean. At arrival the had filled the fridge with mineralwater, water and beer. Two big beds and big, clean bathrooms. The service is awesome. They picked up breakfast for us every morning on request. Always avaliable for the guests on whatsapp. Their driver took us to ceveral tours. All of them at a really good price. The driver was so nice too! Pool was really nice after long days walking the temples."

"Dining at Vplus Hotel was a highlight of my stay. The on-site restaurant offered a diverse menu, with each dish beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The attentive waitstaff enhanced the dining experience with their knowledge of the menu. I particularly enjoyed the local specialties, which provided a taste of the region's culture. A culinary gem worth exploring!"
"The location is excellent, providing easy access to local attractions and dining options. The room I stayed in was not only nice but also very comfortable, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring."
"Truly, an exceptional find, newish hotel in great location with excellent facilities Great pool, restaurant and spa, rooms are large, tastefully decorated clean. the staff cannot help you enough."
"We had the King Pool Suite for 5 night. First night we were on street side which was loud due to the volleyball courts across the street. The mgmt changed us to Villa 9 which was in the back and perfectly situated.
A very positive experience with our butler, Neand, who was there for us at all hours. He seemed to respond to us during our entire stay regardless of time. Excellent job from him and better than any other butler service we have had before.
Actually, the entire staff from serving staff to people in the spa provided top-notch and friendly service. "
"Staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable of things around the area. They had suggestions of things to do and offered to help book them. They even helped me when I unexpectedly needed a little extra time in my room before checking out. Wonderful experience!"
"Nothing i didn't like.staff attentive and knowledgeable. Driver Thann and the rest of top shelf. He knows everything there is to know about Cambodia and things to do. I went during rain season and suggest you do to. I planned outing before or after. 5 minutes after rain you wouldn't know it. Places like Angkor Wat not as crowded lines not nearly as long....pack you and your families bags family friendly and affordable "
