"I booked this hotel as there was a kitchenette with a stove so that I can cook a few meals. However, there is no pots, pan or utensils. Only option is to buy from reception for $50 each set. It doesn’t make sense to have a kitchen and not provide anything - people don’t travel with pots and pans. If management is reading this then please add basic requirements to make a meal in the kitchen."
"I had a bad check in experience. I had to call on a phone several times to get a person to the desk and she was not kind. Then the smoke alarm went off 3 x starting at midnight and it was very loud. I then called ext. 500 and no answer called again on the 2nd alarm I called many times to ext. 500 and a woman answered and she said she would note this and she was sorry they have no person at the desk and only someone in a room that acts as a mgr. if anyone needs something but she would let them know. I felt this was a scary situation as I had no idea if there was a fire in the building and no person in mgt in the lobby and having to keep calling asking if there was a fire. the floors were sticky and dirty, and it was not a good experience at all. I could hear everything from the next room, so the interior walls were built with the least amt. of insulation as possible. I will never stay at this chain of a hotel again and I stay over 50 nights per year last year at the Comfort suites and it was shocking this was part of this chain. It was a cheap rate to stay there, and I will pay more for security and a clean room. I was very disappointed.... I hope the mgt. reads this please.. thank you from a business traveler from NC"
"The only problem was our sink in the bathroom room #106 did not drain well. It would fill up waiting for awhile to get hot water
The beds were comfortable. Set up pretty nice Thanks. Breakfast was great"
"THIS HOTEL MIGHT BE ONE STEP ABOVE A CRACKHEAD MOTEL. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE. THE POOL SMELLS LIKE URINE AND THE BREAKFAST WAS A JOKE, THE COFFEE WAS TERRIBLE !!"
"Didn't even get to take advantage of the free food and drinks each evening, but will definitely stay here again when in Greenville. Great hot breakfast."
"Everything went well. Thanks!
That was good to compensate the other bad experience.
This hotel was just fine. I received a text message this morning and I realized that wasn’t the same hotel. I sent a positive message because I thought it was the hotel that I left this morning.
Just making sure I gave the review for the right place.
Thank you!"
