"The facility is under renovation, which is tastefully done. The room was one of the newly decorated ones. Unfortunately, the new tile in the bathroom rendered the door to the bathroom unable to be completely shut, and the bathroom sink drain was fully open - no strainer. I reported those things to the front desk. Breakfast was very good. Excellent coffee and juice."

"Breakfast was good; fresh-ground coffee was a bonus. We had a beautiful view of the countryside & sunset from our room. The only negative was a periodic smell of natural gas laundry dryers venting back into the 3rd floor, probably due to windy weather conditions."

"Room had a jacuzzi tub but didnt advise us at check in that it didnt work. Shower was almost unusable being clogged and what little water we had the water was shooting all the wrong ways. Was also some random hairs laying around. I will not return. I paid $160 for what was worth maybe half that."

"Upon check-in, the front desk was rude. As soon as my child found a cockroach at the swimming pool, we thought hard about having to leave. Packing up we realized the room itself was in terrible shape. Food stains on walls, dirty linens, pieces of food along walls. I wanted to try to make it work so I asked for a vacuum. I kept finding more disgusting things. Even the ice bucket and tray were coated in sticky goo. Microwave was unplugged. Found out it had a burnt smell inside. We left 2 hours later after thinking about it over dinner. Front desk man said Nisha the manager would refund in the morning. I called, expressed my concerns and she said because I “used” the room (mind you we didn’t sleep there) we couldn’t get a refund and hung up on me. When Hotels called, she claimed I trashed the room. "
