"This is a place where you go and want to spend time AT the hotel. Amazing!"

"Pictures do not reflect the hotel set up. The spa was not functioning, broken spa pool was half functioning, sauna was broken and steam room you couldn't break a sweat. Asked for a refund but was declined so we left."
