"Parking was great, they have complimentary valet but there was also an indoor bridge over to the parking garage. They brought some sweets up to our room in the evening after we settled in. Wonderful service on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. "
"I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but our recent stay was disappointing. The room itself looked fine at first, but we found roaches during our stay. We purchased roach killer in hopes we would not bring roaches home.
We should have know something was not right as we were told there was a booking issue and we could not stay in the unit booked.
Then they tried to move us again. I think we should be refunded 100%. "
