"When we arrived at panorama we couldnt believe how lovely the place was. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were a pretty decent size and the hotel manager was always available to recommend excursions/restaurants. The location was also incredibly convenient- we were right next to a bus stop which took us to Heraklion city/airport and there are plenty of car rental places within arms reach if you want to go on longer excursions. It was also relatively near a Lidl and a number of different...

"We had a terrible experience. This property is not managed 24h. The owner comes by only when it's needed. Their check-in time is 4 pm and the owner told us the reception closes at 4:30 pm which gave us 30 min window to check-in. We had to rush to get the keys. She told us she would leave her contact information and useful links for the property to our phone and email but we never received it. She said she lives 15 min away and will come by when it's needed. We mentioned that we will have to...

"Location and employees where 10/10, we received help every time we needed, the only issue was the poor wifi connection in our room, but it worked in other spaces. The owner was very nice with us as well."

"struttura in posizione collinare a 800 m dal mare, silenziona e molto pulita . Cordialità è la parola d'ordine. Parcheggio gratuito disponibile. Vicino anche alle tavernai di collina come old Herosissos e Piskopiano per cenare . Lontana da Heraklion , in auto, circa 30min. Bellissime spiagge a Mallia."

"Nikos was a great host, welcoming, friendly and helpful. Although the room was quite small, it had everything we needed and a lovely porch in a quiet area and was a great base for us to explore the island."

"The pool area is beautiful very comfortable sun loungers, pool was spotless.
Reception area is lovely and the staff do their upmost to help with any request.
Breakfast is really nice and food is hot!
Halfboard was amazing, it was a sit down restaurant style so you could order off a menu, starter salad main course and dessert! Loved the food, again staff were amazing.
Rooms could do with an update, we had a lovely upgraded room free of charge facing the pool, it was very clean but the...
