Otel oldukça bakımlı ve tertemiz. Otelin personeli oldukça ilgili ve yardımsever. Şimdiye kadar gördüğüm hijyen üstüne en çok düşen otel sayılabilir. Bazı tektük denk gelen havlular eski ve yıpranmış olsa da çok iyi temizlediği için hem koku olarak iyi hem de bembeyaz sakız gibi lekesizlerdi. Genel oda temizliği de oldukça iyiydi. Otelin manzarası Ankaraya hakim ve Anıtkabiri net olarak gören bir manzara. Otelin tek eksik yanı sabah kahvaltısı oldukça kötü ve fakir.

Остановились с семьей.Ждали долго регистрацию никто нас не провёл до номера.ключи дали от другой комроты.при заезде у нас был раскладной диван(двухместный) при звонке о раскладке нам сказали нет помощников.из начально не дали одеяло, подушки и т.д.в конце так и не принесли простыню.вай Фай долго подключается и скорость очень низкая.завтрак скудный.не тянет на 4 звёзды!

Çok büyük bir revizyona ihtiyacı var

Yatak çok rahatsız ve eski idi, duşakabin bile yok küvette, perde var, her yer duş sonrası sırılsıklam oluyor, ne önemi var derseniz banyo çoook küçük olduğundan basacak kuru yer kalmıyor, baş havlusu koymamışlar(hizmet sektöründe büyük bir vizyon eksikliği bence), klima otomatik yönetiliyor üşüme söz konusu oluyor kışın, TV de görüntü net değil, check out saati gelmeden cep telefonundan çıkış yapmalısınız diye aranmaktan hiç bahsetmiyorum bile....

I visited Ankara with my family for overnight stay. I arrived hotel abit late night. The reception staff was available and supportive. Room was clean and nice. We also had morning breakfast which was also reasonable. Overall a good peaceful location.
