I was quite satisfied... Especially the hotel manager Mr. İhsan is a very caring manager and does his job well (5 star). I definitely plan to stay at this hotel when I visit Ankara again. The only bad thing about the hotel is the taste of the tea I drank at breakfast. It tastes burnt; I would be happy if they find a solution. :)

Quite a decent, well-kept hotel in a convenient spot in the heart of Kizilay region.The room was a little bit small but sufficient for one person. The staff was friendly and checking in and out were smooth. My only con is that there is not decent coffee at breakfast; a bottle of instant coffee on the table does not cut it. :) I would recommend, but if you are a serious coffee drinker you will have to walk with your own.

The rooms were very dirty. Under my bed there were a used pair of socks, a used toothbrush and 2 bottles of water. There was dust everywhere and it was really just a very dirty room.

Hotel is located in a convenient location, very close to everything. But the the street is very very noisy with night clubs, bars and karaokes. If you arrive on the weekend, it’s hard :) even with window closed. After one sleepless night I’ve asked management to change rooms. They were so helpful and so accommodating! Thank you very very much for that! This is what really makes a big difference. The room is simple, but everything you might need is there. Breakfast was good and diverse, with refills of everything.

Gebel anlamda memnunuz.

Ailecek tek gece konakladık. (Eşim ve iki oğlum) Bir çift kişilik ve iki tek kişik yatak vardı. Odalar ayrı ama küçük. Kızılaya çok yakın. Otopark sorunu yaşamadık. Vale hizmeti var. Kahvaltı mevcut, açık büfe ve yeterli. Klimayı resepsiyona telefon ederek uzaktan açtırdık. Yakındaki canlı müzik mekanlarının sesi geliyor. Gece birde bitiyor. Personel ilgili ve yardımcı oluyorlar.

Otel temizlik konusunda gayet yeterli, tek gecelik merkezi bir adreste konaklamak için tercih edilebilir. Odası çok dardı, çok sıcaktı ve klima bozuk olduğu için çalıştıramadık, banyo mobilyası nemden eskimiş ve kullanışsızdı. Kahvaltısı, yatak konforu, temizliği ve lokasyonu konularında tam bir fiyat/performans hizmeti diyebilirim.

Sessiz bir ortam arayanlar için uygun değil

Otelin karşısında canlı müzik yapan bir mekan gece saat 02.00 a kadar son ses gürültü yaptı. Sonrasında mekanın kapısı camı kapanınca boğuk bir şekilde ses gelmeye devam etti. Çok zor uyuyabildim. Ayrıca otoparkları otelin önünde açıklık alan 4 yada 5 araç alıyor. Onu çıkar diğerini çek şeklinde işliyor. Arabamda bir kaç çizik gördüm ama tabi orada olduğundan emin değilim

This is an excellent hotel in a great location just two mins walk from all the shops cafes The staff are very friendly.ànd I felt very safe as a women travelling alone. my room was to a very high standard and even had a outside terrace area .very clean.great Breakfast..I will definitely stay there again.

Guest?..you mean nothing. Morning shower - no hot water. I questioned staff: no sympathy, no solution. Had row with male staff who came to my room: his attitude 'all guests don't have hot water' (below freezing outside). Breakfast a joke. Large freezing room. Shivered. Food a joke.

Otel beklediğimden daha iyi çıktı. Çoğu iyi otellerde kaldım ve bu otelin 4-5 yıldızlı otel konseptinde yarıştığını söyleyebilirim. Park yeri vardı. Kahvaltı gerçekten baya iyidi çeşitleri çoktu ve şaşırdım. Otel bölümleri geniş güzeldi. Bence ufak pürüzleride vardı. Resepsiyonun cansız olduğunu düşünüyorum fazla sessiz ve sert mizaçlılar. Oda ise güzeldi temizdi ancak bence temizlikten sonra kontrol edilmiyor gibi. Çarşaflar nevresim serildikten sonra bi bakilsin bence elle alınması gereken saçlar için çünkü bilirim sadece çırpılınca gitmez. Genel anlamda uygundu ve memnun kaldım. Tekrar gelirim

Temiz ve ferah oda.. Oldukca guzel bir kahvalti.. Ulasim noktalarina 2-4 dakikalik yuruyus mesafesi.. Kendilerine ilettigim bir iki husus disinda iyi bir deneyimdi. Ancak odanin yönunu iyi secin, gec saatlere kadar muzik sesi geliyor.

Dış mekan gürültüsü sorunu

Otel genel olarak iyiydi, kahvaltısı çok güzeldi, konumu da çok iyi, fiyatta uygun ancak barlar sokağında olduğu için gece 12’ye kadar yüksek müzik sesine maruz kalıyorsunuz ve 12’den sonra da sokağın kavgasını ve sesini duyuyorsunuz. Ben haftasonu konakladım, hafta içi farklı mıdır bilmem.
