2 günlük konaklama yaptık. Açıkçası doorman yardımcı oldu ancak hepsi bu.. housekeeping talep etmelisiniz aksi halde gelen giden yok... hatta rahatsız etmeyin yazısı dahi yok odalarda kapıyı kilitlememiş gerekli...oda kötü değil banyosu güzel. Banyoda havalandırma ısını küçük bir fanla cozmusler.. Kahvaltı zayıf.. odaya kahvaltı tabağı istediğimizde (hafif bir rahatsızlık belirtisi ve aşağıda yapılıyor kahvaltı sözleriyle birlikte) isteğimiz yerine getirildi. Büyük beklenti içine girmeyin. Ortalama bir otel. bir iki günden fazla kalmam açıkçası.. minibar su ve soda ikramı var. Dediğim gibi housekeeping konusunda zayıf. Aile ile gidilecek bir otel değil. İs ve günlük kalimlar için tercih edilebilir. Otel olanakları ve hizmetleri hakkında bilgi almadık pazarlamaya da çalışmadılar açıkçası. Oda yol üzerinde olmasına rağmen sessizdi...

Otelin site üzerinden tanıtılan fotoğrafları fotoshop kullanılarak hazırlanmış.Bu nedenle ötele gittiğimde odanın görünüm,konfor ve temizliğine şok oldum,Ancak para iadesi olmayan paket aldığım için gece yoğun rutubet ve gider kokusuna katlanarak kaldım.Sabah aracımı istediğimde vale aracımı üstünde yaklaşık yarım kilo dut ile beraber getirdi,Ben bu ne dediğimde bunun doğal olduğunu,dut ağacının altında başka ne yapabilirdik ki cevabını aldığım,bu yıl yaklaşık 70 farklı otelde kaldım ama bunun benzerini bile hiç yaşamadım.Ayrıca Hotels.com dan mail ile bildirdiğim fatura talebimde henüz cevaplanmadı ve telefon numaralarından hiçbir şekilde görüşebileceğiniz bir muhatap bulunmuyor.

Bin Zufrieden und habe gut geschlafen

Hallo ich war in der letzen Woche Mitte November angereist und hielt mich Geschäftlich in der Türkei auf. Schon beim aussteigen aus dem Taxi wurde mir die Tür geöffnet und muss sagen diesen Service hätte ich nicht erwartet. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und macht einen guten eindruck. Ich wurde gut und Freundlich behandelt. Das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet und auch das Bad war schön und einladend. Die Bediensteten haben mich zu jederzeit mit Chai und Kaffee versorgt wie üblich in der Türkei. Auch die ansprechende Terassenanlage Sitzgelegenheiten sind sehr schön und einladend. Man kann hier gut verweilen und hat die Möglichkeit zu Rauchen und seinen Chai zu genießen. Das einzige was stört ist die Tatsache dass die Zimmer nur dann gesäubert werden wenn man das Schild bitte Reinigen raushängt. Vergisst man das dann hat man kein Sauberes Zimmer. Aber auch bei Nachfragen warum das Zimmer nicht gereinigt wurde, wurde man Höflich darauf hingewiesen. Dass man das Schild raushängen möchte. Auch wurde ich gefragt ob ich anstatt dessen ein neues Zimmer möchte da die Putzfrau schon gegangen sei. Ich habe darauf verzichtet und war auch so zufrieden. Alles in allem kann ich das Hotel mit besten Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Einzig die Wellness konnte ich nicht mehr genießen da die Zeit für mich zu kurz war. Ich werde bei meinem nächsten Besuch gerne wieder dort einchecken. Danke an das Team und deren Leitung. :) 4 von 5 Sternen.
