Good hotel with good facilities and comfortable rooms. During my stay the AC was not working so my room was very hot at night and the traffic noise with the window open is not good for sleep. The staff did get me a fan to help for the last couple of days of my stay.

Location was convenient. The bed in the room was horrible. The mattress was hard and very uncomfortable. When I complained, they did bring a soft padding, but that did not help. These mattress needs to be changed.

Though my room was nonsmoking , it smelled like cigarettes badly . Air conditioning was working only as a heating warm , not cooling . My room temperature was about 28C degrees , barely could sleep . I could here neighbors opening and shutting a very heavy window in their rooms all night long , felt like walks in room shakes every time . It is definitely 2-3 star hotel , not 5. Please be aware before making reservation .

A room with a view
Our stay was wonderful. We booked the king suite for two nights but because of the amazing staff and location we stayed another extra night. The staff was beyond helpful. They provided great recommendations for places to see and restaurants.

The location is good, the front of house staff can be unhelpful, breakfast expensive You can get a better breakfast for 1/4 the price within 50 metres), bed comfortable, shower had a tendency to leak across floor due to poor seal, wall paper peeling in places, good cleaning, good wellness centre (although pool under maintenance), difficult for visitors to park nearby (used Armada shopping centre car park). Quite expensive hotel, there are others nearby that appear to be cheaper and will not likely use Movenpick in future.

A trip to remember
Second to none, I can honestly say that it was one of the best stays I've experienced in many years. Could not have asked for more friendly, polite, kind, and helpful staff. As for the location and area, it was very convenient with all one could need and want in varied food outlets and services. I'd definitely want to stay at this hotel again if I'm ever in Ankara again.

Very bad service for a five star hote.
Although I called them in advance to confirm that I could get my invoice on my company name when I do the booking over hotels.com, they said it is not possible during my check in. Thats horrible.
