The hotel is poor and the bed it’s in very bad condition and the towel it’s too old and I did ask for small pillow never get it .!!!! It’s good for one night only

There are no shampoo or body wash in the rooms. If you are looking for a place to crash it is enough. It offers nothing else. Showerhead, water temperature were all problematic. Bring your own shampoo, body wash, and water

It was one of the most stressful check in, they were so dishonest and tried to put me in the box room ,the size of prison cell without AC in the boiling hot weather and were saying that the single room has no AC. Luckily i had a screenshot and after a long argument with the staff who's not able to communicate in England, i managed to get to the prison cells size room with the AC. Only helpful staff was Gul and the rest so unfriendly and unwelcoming. The WiFi was so unreliabe and the mattress was uncomfortable. But clean and very central

6 eylülde kardeşimi ankaradan kocaeline getirmek için ankaraya gititğimizde kaldığımız otel. Açıkcası ilk kez ankaraya gittim ve konum olarak hiç zorlamadı tren garından otele olan mesafeye taksiyle 150 lira gibi bir ücret ödedim. Kalan yerlere gitmek için ankaray ve metro kullandım kızılay meydana çok yakın biz memnun kaldık açıkcası. Odalarda netflix var. Klima güzel çalışıyor. Dolap güzel çalışıyor. Tek sıkıntı kaldığımız odalar küçük ve giysi dolabı yoktu.

Tek kişilik oda rezervasyonu yapmıştım. Beni resepsiyonda ısrarla 2 kişilik odaya geçirdiler. Oda bodrum katındaydı, içerisi nemden ve rutubetten geçinmiyordu. Cam bomboş bir beton duvara bakıyordu. Oda havasızdı.
