"The staff were polite, helpful and very attentive whenever something was wrong or needed. Our room had a smell of smoke, they freshened it and in the end moved us swiftly to a new floor resolving the issue very quickly. The hotel was modern, clean and welcoming to international guests and standards. We will return today again for another night."
