The location to the Old Town part of ANNECY is the best! It's at the top of a hill right above all the restaurants and shops. The room we had was cute and quaint. Be careful of the steep stairs though. The staff were fairly nice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Parking was a bit sketchy, but the room was nice. Views were amazing & after a short walk down the steep road, we were right in the thick of the restaurants & festival. Really nice city & location!

Very friendly hosts. We were directly offered a save garage for our Motorbikes, They gave us very good recommendations for dinner restaurants. I came there twice and had always a warm welcome. The rooms are very clean and the bathroom is a bit small but functional and the shower is very good. I will always recommend this hotel. Klaus Dorn

Such a cute property! Amazing views from their patio and right in the center of old Annecy. 2 minute walk to the canals and lake. The rooms are comfortable and clean, lots of space for us as well.

It was a short but steep walk to the hotel from the main part of the town. We loved the location. It was in walking distance to the lake, town, shopping, food, and train station. It is a beautiful area. Breakfast was nice.
