The property is very well situated across lake Annecy and a 5 minute walk to the old town. Lovely property with great amenities and attentive service.

Fantastic at the lake...
The first compliment is with the great customer service at the check in desk, the girl was very polite ams knowledgeable, second the location in front of the lake was fantastic, also walking distance to the old town, very clean, confortable and the best shower ever.

Great hotel with fantastic views of the lake & mountains. Close to the historic town center, canal & all the restaurants are around there. Most of these restaurants are closed from 4:00 to 7:00 P.M. The hotel has a decent breakfast in their restaurant with the best views. Everything here was good.

This is convienently located hotel within walking distance of the lake and old town. The hotel is nice, the rooms are extremely small even upgraded ones. The air conditioning doesn’t work well. It was over 25C in our room. We were given a fan but that doesn’t help with coolness. We were told it was because it was very hot outside which doesn’t make sense as we didn’t have any issues in other hotels despite the heatwave. However the heatwave ended and when it was 16 or 17C out, the AC remained at 25C. This needs to be fixed. Other guests complained about the same thing so I know it wasn’t only our room and maintenance said it was across the building. I want to give a huge shout out to the front desk staff. They were kind enough to send items that were left behind in the room to out hotel in another town. They were always courteous from the start but when I needed help with returning my goods, they went out of their way. Merci! We had a nice room with a lake view and it was lovely waking up to such a view. The breakfasts were also excellent with varied options and the serving staff were also very friendly and kind. Would stay here again (but really hope they fix the quality and functionality of the AC)

This is a top notch hotel, close to the old town, terrific service and amenities. I found the room to be extremely well organized (storage etc) and the bed very comfortable.

Overall excellent - but car parking limited
Very comfortable bed, basic price room a good size, excellent breakfast. Unfortunately, it was not clear from the hotel description that parking is limited and was not available when we arrived. Secure parking was a main reason to choose this hotel because we had holiday purchases in the car that we did not want to leave in the car overnight and risk theft. Many businessmen would also have expensive equipment in the car and would have similar concerns. Please make it clear that the parking is limited and if necessary to reserve! Second, more minor point. The bathroom door would not close. Even longterm married couples prefer some privacy.

LE pelican is a very good option for a stay near “old Town.” However, for water activities we much preferred the other side of the lake. Also, the outdoor space was sterile and the pool was small with an undesirable view. The modern hotel rooms, service, restaurant and the cafe in the lobby were excellent.

Simply perfect. Reception was great. Request parking available which we took and was so easy. Bakery in lobby. Restaurant very good. Patio for drinks under the giant cypress tree ..great. Pool nice. Everything so clean. Room was spectacular and well thought out with loft .view from room of lake. Walk to everything in Annecy.

Nice hotel. Pricey but excellent service. Smallish rooms but okay. Beautiful, heated pool area. No swim up bar as noted in the ad bit perhaps in full summer? Great rental e-bikes at a decent price (for all day only) with helmets and locks. Fine parking (limited), a bit tight and extra fee - must book ahead. The Expedia ad for this hotel said valet parking would be included with my room, but the hotel said no valet parking was available and the parking fee was extra. The hotel said they had made this known to Expedia, but this had not been updated in the ad. Nice bar, outside seating with yummy drinks, but a bit pricey. Hotel ad also said air conditioning, but the air conditioning did not work. Perhaps this is because we stayed in late May, but the rooms were warm and stuffy. As I chose this hotel because of the AC and parking, I was sad to see neither of these was accurate, but overall it was a nice hotel with good service. There’s also an excellent bakery right off the lobby, which is good for snacks, breakfast or a treat for a bike ride.
